Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Providing weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those in their Master’s programs, offering guidance on therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.

• Delivering individualized psychotherapy services to clients, which may include individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and preferences of clients.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and records in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements to support patient continuity and care oversight.

• Engaging in professional development by staying updated on the latest research, therapeutic advancements, and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Amber's Best serves a broad spectrum of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license in mental health (such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) that qualifies you to practice independently.

• Current professional liability insurance to ensure the highest standards in ethical practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in clinical supervision, development of treatment plans, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be especially competitive for this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
