Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and provide training on the use of assistive devices, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care that focuses on holistic treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
