Key Responsibilities\n

• Consistently adhere to New Narrative policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.

• Execute all directives and take responsibility for maintaining a regular work schedule as defined by your supervisor.
\n
• Document and monitor patient progress utilizing our electronic medical records system to ensure effective communication within the treatment team.
\n
• Demonstrate superior organizational and time management skills to manage high caseloads effectively, providing quality services.
\n
• Attend mandatory meetings actively, contributing to discussions regarding service improvements and patient care strategies.
\n
• Maintain valid Oregon Driver’s License, along with CPR and First Aid certifications to meet operational requirements.
\n
• Develop and maintain through ongoing education the skills and competencies necessary for licensure and professional growth.
\n
• Address financial or social needs of clients by providing appropriate resources and referrals to community services.
\n
• Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our organization, you will primarily serve youth and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your focus will include providing therapeutic support geared toward emotional, behavioral, and social issues. By employing evidence-based practices, you will help clients set and work towards their treatment goals, fostering resilience and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A robust understanding of psychological assessment and therapeutic methodologies specific to youth populations.

• Experience working within a high caseload volume setting, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively delegate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
