Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients via online platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, developing treatment plans that are customized to each individual's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and couples therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on specific issues, offering clients a safe space to share and learn from one another.

• Regularly track and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, making timely referrals when additional support is required.

• Keep accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

The patients you will serve range from adolescents to adults and may be dealing with a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and trauma. Qualifications\n
