Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those enrolled in Master’s programs.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve interacting with diverse patient groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a similar designation.

• Professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and commitment to the role.
