This position is fully remote while requiring occasional on-site engagement at our outpatient office in Eagle, CO. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with an understanding of how physical conditions may impact mental health, creating a connection between the mind and body.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s health are considered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals facing the challenges of co-occurring disorders, particularly those experiencing chronic illnesses such as autoimmune disorders and behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders. This role requires a committed and empathetic approach to understanding the complexities these patients face, promoting their overall health and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in addressing mental health concerns associated with co-existing medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
