Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to better understand the needs and goals of your clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health issues and support clients' individual journeys toward wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-focused approaches in sessions.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual appointments, leveraging technology to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, collaborate on care strategies, and share insights for enhanced service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each bringing unique experiences and challenges related to mental health. Many clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to empower clients through education and resources, helping them build coping skills and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of therapeutic contexts.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
