Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments aimed at understanding clients’ mental health histories, strengths, and specific needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy employing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans outlining specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community engagement and peer support.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric and psychological professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques and conduct risk assessments, including safety planning, to support clients in acute distress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly and in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to older adults who experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
