Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic assessments to identify patient needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and goals.
• Utilize our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system to document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports accurately.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding recovery strategies, injury prevention techniques, and self-management skills.
• Participate actively in a collaborative environment by coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic physical therapy through continuing education and in-service training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, with a strong focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Current or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
