This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining access to the resources necessary for effective therapy practices. Our practice prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, where standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain personal commitments while serving our patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, both the severity and their trajectory over time, to help inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that are aligned with their specific needs, personal goals, and treatment preferences.

• Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the patient's unique situation and clinical requirements.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing insights into treatment pathways and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans according to clients' progress and feedback, ensuring that care is responsive and dynamic.

• Work closely alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee an integrated approach to patient care, ensuring each aspect of a client's treatment plan is supported.

• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic methods in the field of mental health to enhance treatment modalities and ensure the highest standard of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment strategies in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and staff meetings to share insights and strategies, foster community learning, and promote best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients, working to de-stigmatize mental health challenges while promoting proactive approaches to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including—but not limited to—depression and bipolar disorder. Many of our clients deal with the complex interplay of mental health issues alongside life stressors, and you will provide them with the tools and support to manage their conditions effectively. Your role will involve fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages transparency and trust, vital for successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care integration.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient advocacy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
