Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to gauge overall health.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans by evaluating clients' needs and goals—co-creating these plans alongside clients for greater engagement.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting emotional intimacy.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
