Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing your caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing trusting relationships while respecting professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, identify stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and continuously evaluating personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s needs.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, which is crucial for ongoing care and compliance.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine suitable treatment paths.
\n
• Holding individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic approaches to support clients in their healing journey.

• Engaging in individual supervision to support professional growth and clinical skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights regarding client treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and communication.
\n
• Strong experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Comfort and familiarity with conducting intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
