Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately and timely within our EHR system, ensuring alignment with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey is required.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to the counseling profession.
