Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to understand their history, current challenges, and treatment goals, setting the stage for tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, with specific interventions and methods that align with each client’s needs.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, drawing on evidence-based techniques to guide discussions and promote healing in a supportive atmosphere.

• Regularly collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create a holistic support system for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges, predominantly within the Southampton area. By understanding the unique cultural and socioeconomic contexts of our clients, you will provide relevant support and interventions, ultimately fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth. You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional obstacles, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in New York State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, contributing to streamlined documentation and client tracking.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , based on experience and hours worked.
