This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while providing therapy through our telehealth program. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning and execution.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique psychosocial stressors of each client, ensuring the integration of their personal goals with therapeutic objectives.

• Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients via telehealth, effectively addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Document comprehensive patient medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in an electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and timely records.

• Engage in crisis intervention, applying your knowledge of mental health conditions such as addiction, domestic violence, and family dynamics to assist clients in high-risk situations.

• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions as needed, promoting strategies for coping and resilience among diverse client populations.

• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to clients, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
