Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions focused on identifying client challenges and developing effective treatment plans in line with their needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients with issues such as mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses, ensuring both client confidentiality and safety throughout the process.

• Utilize provided EHR systems for documentation of each session, maintaining compliance for all insurance including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance your skills and methodologies, remaining up to date with best practices in the mental health field.

• Manage your schedule effectively, accommodating client appointments while being willing to provide services during some evenings and weekends when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling with a proven track record of success in client outcomes.

• Proficiency in operating a personal laptop/desktop with reliable internet access and a functioning webcam suitable for telehealth service provision.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your workload proficiently.

• Must pass a comprehensive background check to ensure the safety of our clients.
