Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Description
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale automated marketing systems that drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on execution role focused on:
- email automation
- nurture workflows
- lead scoring
- CRM automation
- campaign performance
- marketing and sales alignment
You’ll work across platforms such as:
- HubSpot
- Marketo
- Pardot
- ActiveCampaign
- Klaviyo
This is not a passive campaign coordination role. You’ll actively design, build, test, and optimize automation systems that directly impact:
- MQL generation
- lead conversion
- sales pipeline
- revenue attribution

Qualifications
- Strong systems and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable building automation workflows independently
- Analytical and highly detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management
- Able to balance technical execution with marketing goals
- Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows and campaigns simultaneously
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot
- Marketo
- Pardot
- ActiveCampaign
- Klaviyo
- or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience building:
- workflows
- lead scoring systems
- nurture sequences
- automated campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- CRM systems
- marketing funnels
- lead attribution
- automation logic
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Understanding of:
- email compliance
- data privacy regulations
- deliverability best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable working independently in remote environments
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously
