Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting approaches suited to the needs of your clients.

• Utilize brief solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to specific issues faced by clients, ensuring effective resolution strategies are employed.

• Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate, actively collaborating with clients to set achievable personal goals.

• Provide supportive interventions, including crisis management and bereavement counseling, as needed, to assist clients during critical life challenges.

• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client demographic that includes children, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is essential in facilitating therapeutic relationships that empower clients to explore and tackle the social and psychological factors affecting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
