Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, crafting tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, and documenting therapeutic progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards. You will engage in case consultations with fellow therapists, participate in regular team meetings, and adhere to best practices in teletherapy to ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field, along with current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon. We are looking for professionals who have prior experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly in outpatient settings. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, reflective of your experience and professional qualifications.
