Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments for new and existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate information collection to inform treatments.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans tailored to clients' specific mental health needs, while ensuring access to necessary linked services.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that honor each client’s uniqueness and therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in team-based decision-making processes to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

In recognition of your skills and contributions, Conner Mental Health Services LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
