Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Goldfinch Counseling and Life Skills PLLC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, employing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform treatment plans.
• Creating and implementing individualized plans of care that reflect the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient, with a continual evaluation of their progress.
• Maintaining accurate and timely treatment records in accordance with regulatory requirements, utilizing current technological tools to streamline documentation.
• Collaborating closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.
• Facilitating connections to additional resources and support services, acting as a liaison between patients and the broader healthcare network.
• Providing guidance and education to interns, students, and other healthcare providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals and families affected by cancer. As an LCSW, you will be responsible for addressing the psychosocial issues that arise from such diagnoses, working to improve mental health outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess:
