Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize structured interviews and assessment tools to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, history, and treatment objectives.
• Deliver Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy: Engage clients through dynamic therapeutic techniques, using interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate treatment strategies tailored to their unique needs and guidelines, adjusting as necessary to promote growth.
• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes and support client journeys toward healing.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

Compensation and Benefits
