Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients via telehealth, understanding their mental health conditions, concerns, and goals for treatment.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring adaptations for remote delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow clinicians through online consultations and team meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, actively using video conferencing tools to discuss case strategies and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
