Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and unique needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment plans, medication options, and available support services.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions with a focus on measurable treatment goals.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans that align with client aspirations and treatment needs, regularly updating these plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Advocate for clients' rights within the mental health system, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources.
• Organize and facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation workshops aimed at strengthening support mechanisms for clients.

The patients you will serve vary widely in terms of demographics and mental health needs, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
