Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, carefully evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify clients' needs. \n Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs, using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches. \n Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and feedback from patients and collaborating healthcare professionals. \n Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care and a coordinated treatment approach. \n Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and documenting clinical notes in EHR systems. \n Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources. \n Adhere to ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and securing informed consent for treatment. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work primarily with individuals grappling with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other related issues. You will be expected to provide sensitive and personalized care that resonates with each client's unique background and experiences. Qualifications\n \n A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates pursuing or having completed a Master's degree. \n Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for practice in California is mandatory. \n Proficient clinical skills with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical or community health setting. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and building therapeutic relationships with diverse clients. \n Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other health tech tools for managing patient care. \n Understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic modalities, and the social determinants affecting mental well-being. \n Commitment to ethical practices and a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues. \n Preferred Experience\n While the above qualifications represent our minimum requirements, we value additional experience with specific therapeutic modalities, familiarity with community health systems, and advanced skills in crisis intervention. Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
