Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, tailoring strategies to each individual's unique history and background.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs identified during assessments, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed billing records, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies that enable clients to stabilize and maintain their mental health effectively.

• Create and implement structured discharge plans, assisting clients in their transition out of intensive therapy or inpatient services.

• Adhere to current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and competencies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings, promoting collaboration among colleagues for the best patient care practices.

• Complete all licensing requirements and mandatory training for maintaining your professional credentials.
