The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with a commitment to maintaining a balanced workload of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing and implementing customized treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate recovery, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately, ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a welcoming and motivating environment that enhances patient engagement.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, recovery strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Achieve and exceed minimum utilization goals and business objectives while maintaining high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on orthopedic conditions, treating a diverse spectrum of patients, including those recovering from surgery, injuries related to sports, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to also engage with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, making each day unique and fulfilling. Our holistic approach prioritizes patient engagement and empowerment, allowing you to make a significant difference in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is necessary to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in word processing and other computer skills for maintaining patient records.
• A proven ability to establish strong rapport with patients, supporting them to meet and exceed their functional goals.
• A passion for building community relationships and contributing to public health initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or a related specialty area is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation software is a plus.
• Comfort with conducting workshops or community health sessions to promote physical wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
