Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify your clients' mental health needs, allowing for tailored treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities—ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy to mindfulness techniques—across individual, group, and family settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention through telehealth services, enabling you to support clients in distress during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, providing a robust foundation for therapeutic practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and the creation of therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective engagement with our diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms (such as Zoom or Doxy.me) is advantageous and will enhance your ability to adapt to our digital service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
