Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families, using various therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, setting appropriate goals and regularly monitoring progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with colleagues, sharing insights to enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to continuously improve skills and strategies for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
