Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine individual and family needs, creating tailored treatment plans to address specific mental health issues.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via teletherapy, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as communication skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with state law and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, offering immediate support to clients in distress and developing safety plans as needed.

• Participate in professional development activities, including supervision, training workshops, and team meetings to keep abreast of the latest therapeutic trends and research.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, particularly in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical considerations in therapy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to document client interactions.

• A compassionate approach with a commitment to client-centered care, respect for diversity, and the promotion of inclusivity within your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic techniques such as trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or family systems therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
