Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with each patient's health goals and physician directives.
• Implement and oversee the full spectrum of therapeutic care, which includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of advanced technology like biofeedback and electrical stimulation devices.
• Actively engage with patients during therapy sessions, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective exercise protocols, home therapy techniques, and the use of rehabilitation equipment to facilitate ongoing improvement outside of scheduled sessions.
• Document patient progress meticulously to ensure compliance with treatment plans and provide detailed reports to primary care physicians and specialists.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care efforts, ensuring that the patient's comprehensive plan of care is adhered to and communicated effectively among all parties involved.
