Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video with adult clients, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to establish comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-driven methods to assess client progress through administered symptom self-assessments, treatment implications, and function improvement evaluations, allowing you to adapt therapy plans effectively.

• Offer ongoing support and consultation to colleagues as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment that prioritizes shared learning and community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your work will play an essential role in enhancing the overall mental health outcomes for these individuals, as you guide them toward recovery and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, is mandatory for this position.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs), is necessary to perform the duties of this role effectively.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will interact with clients and colleagues through various communication channels.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance, even in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly through telehealth.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is preferred.

• A willingness to engage with ongoing professional development and training in our evidence-based frameworks, referred to as care pathways.

• Empathetic engagement skills and the ability to relate to clients in a warm and supportive manner.

• Comfortable working independently, with a strong sense of responsibility in maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
