Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and therapy sessions, applying therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Manage your availability without a minimum hours requirement, focusing on client engagement while receiving payment for late cancellations or no-shows.
\n
• Encourage clients to explore community recovery support options such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management during their treatment process.
\n
• Participate in monthly peer group meetings and engage in optional collaborations with our Content Manager to create “Expert Insights” that enhance your professional footprint.
\n
• Receive client referrals to build your caseload and maintain a focus on your clinical practice with minimal administrative distractions, as billing and numerous administrative responsibilities are handled by our team.

• Obtain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) annually, funded by the organization, to ensure your professional development is supported.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking to improve their relationship with alcohol. Understanding the diverse needs of our clients is critical, as they may have varying levels of engagement with treatment, including those desiring moderation versus complete abstinence. You will apply a harm-reduction model in your counseling, providing empathetic, culturally competent care that recognizes and respects each client’s unique journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
