Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and influence on daily life.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients, emphasizing their specific goals and preferences to tailor consistent therapeutic strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their symptoms effectively.

• Monitor client progress over time, adapting treatment plans as necessary to improve therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and experience working collaboratively with psychiatrists.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.
