Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred location while using our advanced telehealth platform. While the role primarily requires standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, obtained from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic modalities suitable for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Excellent communication skills that facilitate establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders.

• Demonstrated success in applying evidence-based treatment therapies with measurable outcomes in client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
