Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, ensuring the identification of both acute and chronic health issues.
• Diagnose and manage various medical conditions, using evidence-based practices to implement preventive care strategies and health promotion initiatives.
• Develop and implement health education programs in collaboration with community organizations, aiming to improve health awareness and access to services.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
