Wellness Compass Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Corpus Christi, Texas. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care through direct patient interaction in our concierge medicine setting while contributing to an essential mission. The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 200,000 to 250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a concierge medicine and house call facility that fosters a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to identify patients' mental health conditions effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based medication management and monitoring treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and other healthcare team members, ensuring a comprehensive approach to integrated behavioral health care.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives that focus on mental health awareness, education, and resources available to residents of Corpus Christi.
• Deliver therapeutic support through counseling sessions, coupled with psychoeducation to empower patients in their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and care.

Qualifications
