You will work from home, but will also be expected to visit the hospice center as required to provide essential services. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients in the community and virtually to provide therapeutic services to those dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conducting evidence-based assessments and screenings to determine client needs and appropriate levels of care.

• Creating and implementing individualized care plans that integrate services from various providers, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic approaches to support clients in distress.

• Ensuring timely documentation and reporting of client progress and treatment plans to meet organizational standards.

• Monitoring client status throughout treatment, including admissions and discharges, to ensure a smooth continuum of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
