Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a therapeutic rapport with students and families, fostering an environment that is warm, empathetic, and supportive.

This position focuses on providing mental health services to adolescents in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field.

• Valid licensure in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate adherence to ethical practices within mental health services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary counseling techniques, mental health trends, and effective methodologies for individual and family therapy.
