Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique circumstances.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to address various mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create coordinated care plans that address the holistic needs of our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, applying your training and skills to help stabilize their condition and ensure their safety during such critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Daybreak Counseling Center, you will work closely with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, or possess a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• Exhibit strong cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively collaborating with individuals from varying cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Showcase exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred, with a focus on diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
