This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while maintaining a structure that supports your professional growth and personal well-being. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with options for flexible scheduling, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews to gather social, personal, environmental, and health information, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy that addresses a range of mental health issues, creating a safe environment where clients can express themselves and work towards positive change.

• Evaluate client needs and develop structured treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and referrals to community resources when appropriate.

• Document all client interactions and evaluations following established protocols, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while regularly assessing the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to improve client outcomes.

• Engage clients in cognitive, affective, and behavioral health case management, including short-term crisis intervention and follow-up care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
