Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, and construct personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through telehealth platforms, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated, holistic care that effectively meets their needs.
• Utilize your expertise in crisis intervention techniques to offer immediate support during acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism under pressure.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational efforts to advocate for mental health awareness, diminish stigma, and connect with clients who may benefit from our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Our focus is to ensure accessible, culturally competent care that respects and values the unique perspectives and experiences of each client. As you engage with clients, you will facilitate their healing journeys, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also welcomed.
• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a passion for building therapeutic relationships within a diverse client population.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to engage meaningfully with individuals across varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth service delivery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation effectively.
• Experience in conducting therapy sessions with clients using virtual platforms, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
