Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults via telehealth, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve developing a therapeutic alliance and creating a supportive environment that encourages clients to express their thoughts and feelings freely. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy to adults in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to generate concise and thorough clinical documentation.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing boards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package. In addition, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
