Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and emotional well-being by utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, ensuring regular progress evaluations and necessary adjustments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit varying client populations.

• Utilize telehealth technologies proficiently to facilitate effective therapy sessions and maintain clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including case supervision, training modules, and industry conferences to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

• Maintain a high standard of ethical practice, adhering to state licensing board guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of client interactions.

Qualifications\n
