Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific needs and challenges.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and collaborate in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decisions and improve treatment outcomes.

• Actively participate in the clinical team, sharing insights and strategies to foster a positive behavior support approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must be license-eligible in the State of Massachusetts.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Our compensation package includes a salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
