Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote client progress.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their growth throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring access to mental health support for clients who may face logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster collaborative treatment approaches and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a Mental Health Counselor will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
