Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services tailored to individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, utilizing clinical evaluation tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving positive patient outcomes while ensuring cultural competence.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments and feedback from collaborative healthcare colleagues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, community resources, and coping strategies.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, particularly those in transition or recovery from substance use disorders. Our patient population may include adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, many of whom have complex social and emotional needs. By addressing their unique circumstances with empathy and expertise, the LCSW will help empower patients to achieve lasting recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
