Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic alliances while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments, including appropriate discharge processes.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client to ensure effective communication and care continuity.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and establish treatment trajectories.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse outpatient population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, delivering direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Excel, electronic health record systems (e.g., PIMSY), and communication tools like Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. Our fee-for-service model provides stability and predictability in earnings, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections and excellent opportunities for bonuses. Our W2 employment structure emphasizes work-life balance, ensuring our clinicians can meet their personal and professional commitments without compromise.
