Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored specifically to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring rapid response and appropriate care measures are taken.

• Maintain meticulous client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress documentation, and assessment findings, in adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
