Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and treatment assessments for patients.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on patients' needs and dispositions for various levels of mental health care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, including statistical reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with the Department of Correction to ensure proper access to treatment and appropriate patient housing decisions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions on mental health observation units and lead discussions that promote therapeutic engagement.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions to foster continuous professional development and reflect on patient care practices.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to provide insights and strategies for ongoing patient treatment.

• Support clinical initiatives by potentially conducting psychological testing and supervising interns or student volunteers as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
